Conscript is essentially the Spheres of Might counterpart to Spheres of Power’s Incanter. Like Incanter, it lacks fixed class features and simply gets more sphere choices. In-fact, Conscript takes it a step further and its chassis can, to some extent, be customized via sphere picks.

Conscript is, likewise, a Tier 2 class at best, but so subject to a very low skill floor so customization options it could be in almost any tier. The floor is higher than Incanter though, since a full BAB class with two good saves, a d10 HD and likely at least one martial weapon is harder to render unplayable.
