Vogan is the Touv god of storms and weather. He was born when Uvot thanked the storm for its life-giving rain, and is father to Breeka and Kundo, and grandfather to Katay.
Appearance
Vogan appears as a Touv man with laughing eyes, and a hair made of cascading water.
Worshippers
Vogan's clerics wander the land, cleaning polluted streams and ponds, and finding new sources of clean water. They also act as matchmakers, arranging marriages between families, clans, and tribes, and being good at noticing which people make good matches. The clerics wear bracelets and armbands of metal and green stones.
