Clan Festus is an old clan mentioned only in the 6th edition of the Skaven army book. They have since been completely forgotten about by GW. While it is unknown for certain, one might be tempted to think they are allies (or potential slaves) to Clan Pestilens; after all, "Festus" looks rather similar to "fester", right?
