Mentioned only in the 6th edition of the Skaven army book, these Skaven have long since faded into obscurity. The older something is, the more likely someone will forget about it. That seems to be the case with Clan Festus. Mentioned only in the 6th edition of the Skaven army book, these Skaven have long since faded into obscurity.
