The Minotaurs are a chapter of Space Marines. Formed in the 21st Founding (to help Forge World shift some Spartan inspired Marines in a master-stroke of Pay-to-win-cum-Retconning-cum-flavour-of-the-moment Marketing), they were psychopathic berserkers. Then they vanished for a while, until they reappeared. Still huge assholes, they now seem to be in cahoots with the High Lords of Terra themselves, having shittons of Tartaros Pattern Terminator armour and MK8 armour that even the First Founding chapters would be jealous of, with their Chapter Master having what appears to be a Custode Halberd, with a powerful laser weapon in it. They seem to be the High Lords' private attack dogs, used to kill off other Space Marine chapters, and access to Administratum records on the Chapters that have seals that not even the Inquisition can break open. Also one of their Captains insulted Marneus Calgar right in the face of an Ultramarine descendant. They also completely tore the Inceptors chapter apart and stole all their stuff, pissing off all Ultramarine descendant chapters and making them pretty cool overall.

Unlike most Chapters, the Minotaurs appear to be able to replenish their numbers at an accelerated rate to the point that they could recover from losses that would take other Chapters a century or two to fully recover from. Imperial observers during the Antigonis campaign theorized that this may have something to do with the heavy use of hypnotherapy and neuro-cerebral therapy used in the training of neophytes and frequently "refreshed" with the help of Apothecaries in the Chapter. This has proven to have some unpleasant side-effects- the Minotaurs are highly xenophobic and paranoid, even by the low standards of the Imperium.

The Minotaurs were a Chapter of Space Marines. They were formed in the Cursed Founding as psychopathic berzerkers. And then they disappeared.

The Minotaurs are a Chapter of Space Marines. It's not really clear where they went or whether they're even the same as the Chapter mentioned above. They certainly maintain the "psychopathic berzerkers" flavour. However, they apparently act as the High Lords' attack dogs now, since they have vast stores of incredibly rare wargear (including shittons of Tartaros-pattern Terminator armour, Mk. 8 power armor, and at least one Adeptus Custodes halberd), and usually only act on orders from the High Lords themselves. Oh, and their Administratum records are sealed so tight that not even Inquisitors can easily break them.

And that's not to mention that one of their Captains insulted Marneus Calgar right in front of an Ultramarines descendent, and the Chapter later tore the Inceptors Chapter apart and stole all their stuff, pissing off all the Ultramarines Successors.

Needless to say, /tg/ thinks they're pretty cool.

There's also a good chance that they recruit form Terra itself (able in secret as only the Imperial Fists are allowed) thanks to their connections with the High Lords, giving them a massive recruit pool, as the Imperial Fist are also able to replenish losses equally fast thanks to having billions of potential candidates.

They like to dress in like ancient Greeks and their chapter master, one Asterion Moloc, appears to have pilfered the prop department from 300 for his outfit.

They appeared in Imperial Armour Volume 12 where they fought against the Necrons.
