The Solar Hawks are a successor of the White Scars. Their founding is unknown, though it is thought that the chapter has existed since the 35th millennium at least.
Chapter Tactics[edit]
These fellas like planes, preferring to fly around, rather than ride around like their brethren the White Scars. They frequently field large amounts of Stormtalon and Stormraven. It was also noted by the Deathwatch codex that like the Blood Angels and Blood Ravens, the Solar Hawks possess an abnormally high number of Librarians.
