One of the last of the "classic" Morndinsamman members to be introduced, Dugmaren first made his entry in the [[splatbook]] "Monster Mythology" for [[Advanced Dungeons & Dragons]] 2nd edition. He promptly reappeared in "On Hallowed Ground" before finally being expanded upon in the "[[Demihuman Deities]]" [[splatbook]] for [[Forgotten Realms]]. Dugmaren Brightmantle is the God of Discovery in the Morndinsamman, the pantheon of Dwarf Gods of Dungeons & Dragons.
