Skiggaret is the insane bugbear god of fear.
He rules the 241st Layer of the Abyss, Palpitatia, a realm of eternal darkness populated by shadows and spectres. He also lets fellow bugbear deity Grankhul, who has no realm of his own, crash on the couch here.
