"This minor Elvish deity is the god of the wild elves, who are differ from the other races of elves because they eschew civilisation. As such, Fenmarel is also the god of isolation, which makes sense as wild elves seldom want anything to do with anybody, and outcasts, which is a little weird, because wild elves weren't thrown out of society as much as they just left. Last and presumably least, Fenmarel is the god of scapegoats, which is vastly confusing. Do you pray to him when you need a scapegoat or when you are a scapegoat?"

Fen'Harel, The Dread Wolf Fenmarel Mestarine, the LONE Wolf, is an Elven Chaotic Neutral Lesser Deity in both the Forgotten Realms and Planescape settings. In post-4e he was demoted into an exarch of the Seldarine, something which no doubt would've pissed him off considering he doesn't get on with them very well.
He is the god of pariahs, emos, scapegoats, broody elves and stalkers.
History
Once upon a time he was the lover of Lolth back when she was known as "Araushnee", which makes him the cuckold of Corellon Larethian and very nearly could have made him the step-father for the Drow pantheon.
That was until the affair was discovered by Sehanine Moonbow (who would later become Corellon's second wife) and Fenmarel spurned Araushnee when she tried to start her rebellion against the Elven gods.
As a result, Fenmarel is a bit of a paranoid maniac who sees treachery everywhere. He isolated himself away from the other Elven deities and can only be drawn back in on the at the kind-hearted urgings of Sehanine Moonbow.
He usually doesn't speak much, if at all, and he has little to no contact with any non-elven deities or mortals, preferring to spend much of his time hiding in bushes watching from afar (like the babe stealing stalker he is). However he is typically on edge whenever has to interact with Corellon; understandable given that he used to bang his ex-wife and is bosom buddies with his current wife.
Divine Realm
Although he has a home in Arvandor he prefers to avoid spending any time there. So when he's not prowling in the bushes of the mortal realms, he has a region of stabilised Limbo called Fennimar. Which is unique to Limbo in that it is an actual living forest, complete with mountain ranges, rivers and lakes. So it shows what divine willpower can do with chaos matter.
Oh, and NO DROW ALLOWED in Fennimar, he doesn't care if you're good aligned
