Gods exist in all sizes, great and small. Some are gods of the sun, some represent certain races, others are the keepers of fundamental forces of existence...
And sometimes you get guys like Wastri.
Domain
Wastri, The Hopping Prophet, The Hammer of False Humans (no evidence implying a connection with the Hammer of Orcs) is the Lawful Neutral Greyhawk demigod of amphibians, bigotry, and self-deception. Specifically, he is into human supremacy. That's right, he's a combination of Zarus and Kermit the Frog. Though he's not actually a frog; while he certainly looks like he fell out of the World Tree and hit every ugly branch on his way down he is more human-like than frog-like.
How he can advocate the destruction of all non-humans and still be considered Lawful Neutral is a mystery to all. Maybe because he is responsible for saving a shitload of frogs, which earned him massive Good points to keep him out of Lawful Evil. Wastri likes them because they can escape from one habitat (land) to another (water) with ease, a trait that he teaches his followers to keep to heart in the shape of having multiple refuges.
Wastri loathes the gods of the Dwarves, Elves, Halflings and Gnomes; the dislike is likely mutual. He is amicable towards other human deities (but it's likely he is less popular than Tharizdun at parties, and Tharizdun is *not* popular at parties) except Zagyg, who once held him prisoner. How he thinks about the Bullywug deity Ramenos is uncertain.
Dwelling
Wastri lives on the Prime Material Plane in a place called the Vast Swamp. In his palace called Sacred Polystery he hold court and breeds humans to be more frog-like and frogs to be more human-like. Why he does this is not certain: it is obviously a blasphemy upon the purity of the human form to change them like this, but it might hint at Wastri having a different agenda than having humans rule the world. The settlement in its whole is called the Temple of the Prophet: a ragtag collection of huts around the main palace. Though most of the faith is centered around the Vast Swamp parts of it also have hold in the Hool Marshes, the Cold Marshes and all the way up to Greyhawk City.
Followers
The Hopping Prophet keeps many toad-like retainers, like Grung and Bullywugs. Despite their evil nature Wastri's faith is an orderly one wherein the rights and duties of the faithful are exacted by the clerics. Humans his followers captured are warped into demi-toads, if this procedure fails they are impladed on stakes outside of Wastri's territory. His followers practice a fighting style that involves leaping into battle armed with glaives coated in the most horrible poisons. Wastri himself wields the Skewer of the Impure, a glaive-guisarme. The big man himself is not very inclined to take to battle himself: instead he hangs back with his high priest, high-ranking clerics and a pair of bigass toads. That is not to say Wastri cannot kick ass: his levels are Cleric 15/Monk 8/Assassin 7, so if push comes to shove he will fuck you up.
Theory
His desire to kill everyone BUT humans suggests he is some kind of anti-Bender: one is metal and wants to kill all humans while the other is fleshy and does not want to kill humans. There is another theory about this guy: his desire for himself and his followers to become more human suggests he is not human at all: he is some sort of twisted Pinocchio figure that wants to become a real boy, doing so with perverse science and wholesome genocide. Or he's just batshit crazy.
Well, what can be said. Toad-licking is one hell of a drug.
