Rillifane Rallathil, often called the Leaflord is the Elven deity of nature. He is depicted as a giant oak tree whose roots touch every part of the world. Quite possibly an aspect of Silvanus,(Rillifane does not appear in 4E, while Silvanus does) though they are considered separate gods.
Rillifane is an old god, almost certainly the oldest member of the Seldarine and is believed to be truly immortal in the sense that he exists as an eternal entity. His duties are to ensure the health and sustainability of nature, defending woodlands against disease and predation.
When the Star Elves migrated to the Yuirwood, Rillifane absorbed many of the local spirits into his own cult and retaining them as aspects, including Magnar the Bear who might have just been the lesser deity "Bear" to the Green Elves in earlier editions of the game who was a god of wilderness survival.

Considered by some fans to be an aspect of Rillifane Rallathil, the Intermediate Deity Elebrin Liothiel is the "Core" D&D counterpart to the Elven god of nature, and thus is near enough to be counted as such anyway. The main difference between the two is that Elebrin is depicted as a young god (rather than FUCK-OLD) and has his primary concern over gardens and harvests.
Elobrin was said to have gifted the elves the saelas trees that they use to create masterwork quality items with due to the unique properties of the wood. It is extraordinarily flexible and regrows after being damaged, making for an excellent armor material.
