Belial IV is a Crone World that is home to an offshoot of the Eldar race (Abeldar, like Abhumans?) known as "The Shriekers", who are basically a more batlike version of the Falmer from Skyrim. Blind, and living in large colonies on the higher peaks of the Crone Worlds, they are one of only two known post-Eldar species mentioned in the setting despite the Eldar race's long history of existence, the other being Mandrakes.
