Mak Thuum Ngatha is a being of the Far Realm associated with worm-like aberrations such as psurlons, tsochari, and nilshai. There are only a handful of being outside of his favored aberrations who even know of him. Much like most beings of the Far Realm, his goals and desires are unknown, but are inimical to beings on the Prime Material Plane. He's also been referred to as an Elder Evil.
