Overtyrant
The Overtyrant (also spelled as Over-tyrant) or sometimes known as the Goliath Lord is the title given to the lord of all of House Goliath's members and is often the biggest and baddest of the lot.

Yes, these guys are what you see bullying even Forge Tyrants and Forge Bosses around. Whilst a Forge Boss may lord over a single gang troupe and a Forge Tyrant may rule a single gang clan, the Overtyrant rules all bearing the name Goliath. The equivalent of an Ork Warlord in rank.
This overlord holds dominion over the clan via the flow of life-giving stimms – chem cocktails essential to the continued existence of all Goliaths. The Clan House's reverence of strength, however, grants the Overtyrant this right, as long as they are strong enough to rule and can fend off any challengers to their title.
Due to their status, there is always one Overtyrant in charge and perpetually paranoid until he kicks the bucket. He is privileged to wear custom-made and unique one-of-a-kind power armour made completely from scrap and carry giant Chain Weapons.
